Eligibility and complete park scope

A Food Service Vehicle licence must be in good standing. If it lapses, the park permission is void. The permit applies only to the vehicle on the application and cannot be transferred to another vendor.

The City page lists eight parks: Bayfront, Confederation, Gage, Heritage Green, Pier 4, Sam Lawrence, Turner and Valley. Each appears below with the City-listed address and location query. These are park points rather than verified vending bays or current vacancies.

Operating limits

No more than three trucks may operate in one park at a time. Permission runs from 7 am to 11 pm or the park’s earlier closing, whichever comes first. A late park closing cannot extend the permit beyond 11 pm.

Display the Park Permit prominently while operating and leave the assigned location clean and litter-free. The business must follow the licensing bylaw’s general provisions and Schedule 6.

Apply and confirm

Complete the Food Service Vehicle Park Permit Application. Call Licensing at 905-546-2782 for the current park-permit route, fees, site conditions and whether a spot can be used on the intended date.

The page was last modified in 2023 and its City Hall address has an East/West inconsistency with other current City pages. The eight-site scope and rules are what the live page currently publishes, but fees, office details and assigned bays need confirmation before public launch.
