The role involves inspecting work for quality, making touch-ups as needed, and maintaining finishing booths, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition. The Sander/Spray Finisher will work closely with other team members to meet production schedules, follow safety protocols, and uphold Silverbirch’s quality standards.

Hands-on experience working with furniture, cabinetry, or millwork in a workshop or production environment.
Willingness to participate in training and continuous skill development, with strong attention to detail and quality.
Understanding of workplace safety practices, including PPE use and handling of finishing materials.
Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and basic drawings or specifications.
