What You'll Be Doing
As a Barber or Hairstylist, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality services and guest experience Tommy Gun's is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services
- Consulting with guests to understand their preferences and desired looks
- Delivering exceptional customer service during every visit
- Staying current with haircutting techniques, grooming trends, and industry products
- Recommending retail products suited to guests' grooming needs
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive shop environment
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
What We're Looking For
We're seeking trained Barbers and Hairstylists, including those currently completing their apprenticeship, who are committed to their craft and providing excellent service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Barbering or hairstyling training and certification, or an apprenticeship in progress
- Strong technical skills and industry knowledge
- Awareness of current haircutting, styling, and grooming trends
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts
